The following are estimated processing and delivery times. We make every effort to fulfill orders as quickly as possible. Please understand we are humans, working with human hands, and human brains. We aren't perfect.
Processing
Order processing takes place during normal business hours, Monday through Friday. please allow up to 2-3 days for processing. Orders received after 2PM will be begin being processed the following business day.
Orders may take up to 2-3 weeks to create and ship because they are made-to-order and are generally processed on a "first come first served" basis.
Shipping
We ship! Currently, we only offer Domestic Shipping options. Shipping times depend on your location. If you live down the street from us in TN, you'll get it faster than if you live in Hawaii. The USPS site quotes, but does not guarantee, 2-8 business days for domestic delivery.
If a package can't be delivered due to an error entering your shipping address, we (elementary mom designs & any affiliated entities) are not responsible for any additional fees that may incur in order to reroute or reship the package.
You, the customer, are responsible for all taxes and duties (including VAT) imposed by your country of residence or the country in which the package is shipped and received.
Local Pick Up
Orders can be picked up Tuesday - Sunday, 10 am - 5 pm. An email will be sent when your order is ready for pickup with the necessary instructions for where, how, and when to pick up your order.
